Warm Up
Go around the gym once doing a
Bear Crawl
2 handed Farmers carry
Walking lunge
2 handed Waiters Walk
Crab walk

Workout
3 sets of 30 seconds work; 90 seconds rest of
Deadlift @ BW (guys) or 1/2 BW (girls)
Dips
Athlete must remain under load the entire work interval.

Blur the line when you train...

then


3 rounds for time
20 squats
20 push ups
20 sit ups
20 supermans
200 skips

Nature already does.


Cool Down
Accumulate 1 minute in a L-Hold.
